Wait a minute... Surfer fought evenly in strength with Sakaar physically who was absorbing the power of a planet inside of him. Outright worked Bill with punches, the same Bill who in the same arc destroyed 3 planets, physically. Yeah, you're crazy. Theres other showings but you mentioning him fighting Thing before his upgrades make this entire debate laughable. It's like me mentioning Batman working Lantern as evidence of Surfer mud stomping him. Stop H1.

Funny thing is Thing can do a lot of the things Surfer did. Thing fought Hulk and Namor competitively before.

H1 read these battles before, so he knows about the context of the God Cable showing.
I posted the ENTIRE fight with Surfer vs Tenebrous and his retarded sister so that H1 could see the context. It's not like I went partial scans here. Every scan I posted did not exclude anything from the fight minus the Morg.

Hal straight up incinerating Sinestrollax is better than anything Surfer has done too.
Hal is much more impressive than Surfer in energy blasts.

Champion without the PG isn't a high herald.
God Cable has part of his power divided, plus he doesn't have high herald durability anyway.
His blasts did nothing to T and A.
His strongest blasts did minimal damage to Ravenous.
If Surfer blasts Thor for 5 seconds then what do you think would happen?
