He's not beating Spider-Man when he's not holding back and when he is trying to hurt him. So if Cap was a Spidey villain, Spider-Man would have no chance at stopping him, right? If he is put in situation where it's do or die, Spider-Man is going to put him down.

Cap is going down, Spidey just needs one punch to end it and he can do it considering hwo much faster he is then CA.

Did a Enhance Redscull with a Super Suit at that, put Cap down after he used Cap's body like a wrecking ball. To bring down a building. Did that keep Cap down?..........No

Did Cap falling off buildings and helicopters to even crash landing airplance keep him down?......NO

Did Cap taking hits from USAgent a 15 tonner bring him down?......No

Your seriously underestimating Cap's damage soak and durability.
