He was utterly obliterated by Darkseid's OB 15 years ago. He wasn't by a galaxy destroying blast less than a year ago.

They damaged AM. They took shots from Prime (that were absolutely tearing through any, and all), they hurt Prime, and apparently one had Prime helpless, and broke him down on a molecule level, and sent him in with the multiverse.

Still. The only reason writers allow Henshaw to get blown to bits the way he does, is because he can come back from it so easily. They never let it happen to Supes, do they, and he's been through quite a few explosions...

I thought it had to be one on one for a man to get bodied...He got JUMPED is what happened to him. He was so dangerous, Darkseid and Superman worked together to stop him. He was NOT being torn apart in that panel. Looked pretty intact to me...
I mean if you knock someone out, they don't use the phrase "Of course (you knocked me out)" Just because he rebuilt himself doesn't mean he was destroyed.

What do you mean work together? It was pretty much Darkseid laying in the infirmary getting rebuilt by motherbox and shooting a long range shot at missiles and then an unexpected shot at Cyborg that Superman had to out run and hold in the general direction of. Then Superman pretty much started talking shit to Cyborg about how weak he was and shit and then blasted him with heat vision.
Then Cyborg REBUILT HIMSELF really damn fast after getting torn apart by said heat vision (which is confirmed by Cyborg admitting the heat vision blew him to bits) and got bodied by a quick blast of fully powered in your face omega beamage and Darkseid sorta scoffed at Cyborg and said he got himself a new weapon of mass destruction in the pocket.

Darkseid threw the mother box over to Superman...Superman says "Damn you recover quick." Then Darkseid's all "Get cyborg off my planet." Cyborg launches some missiles, OB take them out, then Superman goes to wreck Cyborg.
He hits him with heat vision and knocks him outside. There was no getting blown to bits! IT'S CLEARLY NOT GOING THROUGH HIM. Then he says "He's rebuilt himself faster than I expected!" (Talking to who, I dunno)
Henshaw says, "Of course, and I will keep doing so until you are dead." Doing so as in amping himself.

Thanos is above top tiers and survives blasts that otherwise oneshot the Silver Surfer from Odin. He is on a whole other level than all of the characters being mentioned aside from Odin.
I proved a point with the Annihilus comment. I wouldnt even say that Annihilus would dominate Henshaw but if we go on durability from these two blasts then its no contest. We cant just go on this though now can we?

Yes I am talking about the green lanterns doing a lot of damage to the Am as opposed to the scratches that the Guardians did to him.
The Guardians rarely do much it seems.
They took shots at Prime and like I have said many times one killed himself because one must only assume he doubted the could kill him.
Again if henshaw can survive one omega effect he wont be in any shape to beat darkseid at full strength. Darkseid is right underneath Superman in hand to hand and I believe he could beat henshaw if not with one shots 2.
When has Superman survived the omega effect when its set to kill him.
