As for the battle, Omnislash ver. 5 is what is stated to be and would end the fight, but I doubt the match starts and Cloud is bloodlusted, neither is Akuma ready to punch down the ground and make a huge ki wave.
The match will start with Akuma throwing punches+fireballs and Cloud swinging, with each dodging respectively.
Personally, I think Akuma is much older and experienced (and physically tougher) than his opponent, but I also think Cloud can win this. Keep in mind, that when Cloud charges up (covered in blue essense) his attacks become significantly stronger and in the one instant during the fight with Seph, he did a front flip and struck the ground hard enough that it sent a 3-way wave of energy that cut clean through the ground incinerating it.

You're going across the deep side of the ocean to find new ways to insult people, and they're not even entirely accurate. First of all...how does pointing out that you're bashing left and right make someone emo? Do you see them slitting their wrists? Altering their personality or hairstyle?
