So back in 1985 TOAA/God was the creator/writer of the Beyonder/Secret Wars,
and he was not only the Creator/Writer, but he was also the Editor in-Chielf of all Marvel.
That's the top position of the Marvel staff, (Editor in-Chief) Jim Shooter.
So my point is, it's a stalemate.
Cause it's basically one writer's creation of God, vs another's idea of God.
And both were meant to be God, and even more than God in Beyonder's case.

TOAA (JIM Shooter the writer as you say) don't have the power to put anything Fictional above him. Why? Because he is (or was) human. And real humans don't have powers to make fictional things real.
Meaning, TOAA can erase Beyonder anytime he wants. All he have to do is draw Beyonder getting erased while making Beyonder say "I can't stop him from erasing me, he's more powerful than I". Beyonder can't do anything about it. Why? Because he is a picture on a piece of paper.
