multiverse = a kind of circle of interconnected universes{usuallu infinite but any connected construct with more than one universe CAN be seen as multiversal}
megaverse= the ENTIRE reality of ANY comic. whether it contains one universe or infinite MULTIVERSES. it also contains any void tere may be and any realms etc which can not be categorised as a MULTIVERSE or VOID as well as any being who exist in the void. basically, no matter how big or small a comic book publisher's reality is, its a MEGAVERSE. so marvel is ONE megavers, DC is ONE megaverse and street fighter is ONE megaverse. they are not all equal in power or size but they are nonetheless, by consensus of definition, ONE megaverse

omniverse= there is only ONE omniverse and it consists of all realities of all comic book publishers and media past present and future and also contains our REAL universe/multiverse. any new publisher realities that might come into existance are also added to this. omni means ALL. there is nothing MORE than omni{i.e. true definition of OMNIpotent, OMNIscient}. omniverses only become the PLAYGROUND or template in amalgams.

no comic book publisher can legally lay claim to more than ONE megaverse, irrespective of how big their reality in comics may be. and marvel didnt, since if they had the balls to do it, they wudv shown copyright material from other publishers. nugh said. and NO1 can law claim to the single omniverse at ALL.

now irrespective of how many times marvel says they have more than one megaverse or an entire omniverse is insignificant, it is just like the square circle, it means GIBBERISH. if marvel doesnt follow concensus of all other major companies on definitions then marvel's definition of megaverse can not be taken at the same power level and value as DC'S value and power of megaverse. its like calling an atom a planet. no matter how many times you do it, the atom doesnt BECOME the planet. marvel has one and only one megaverse by the definition of the world and unfortunately you will have to deal with it 🙂 .
