If by Greyskin you mean Mr. Fixit, then you remember it wrong 😛

It wasn't a team-up. They tried to tear each other apart.

And Logan said he always *thought* Hulk's skin was impenetrable and that he was wrong --- as Hulk's healing factor simply repairs the damage so fast, it seems as if the cut wasn't made.

Story by Peter David, art by McFarlane. Incredible Hulk #340.

That was the first time it got retconned, but most chose to dismiss it, because it was Grey - weaker - version of Hulk. Even though Wolverine was talking in general about the Hulk and his abilities, not specifically about Fixit.

I jumped into the second half of the story.

Thought it was hilarious how Fixit Hulked out in response to bullets, and thought (Sucks to be Wolverine), as he's torn to shreds.

Wolverine took everything from him and kept coming.

Fixit wanted to prove himselft and left.

Quick bump.

Since we're all shitting on Hulk this week... it seems like the perfect time for me to post this.

Remember when Hulk and Wolverine first met?

World War Hulk: Gamma Corps #3 makes it crystal clear that Wolverine did cut the Hulk then:

100% canon, non-disputable evidence.

Yes 👆

One of the best fights those two have ever had, I'd even say.

Uncanny X-Men #222

Pre-Turbo Sabretooth (who has KO'd Classic Rogue!) breaks his hand punching Logan:

Wolverine made Sabretooth brain dead after a good fight between the two

Wolverine v2 #90 👆

One of the most powerful beings in the whole Marvel Universe, the God of Punishment himself, hurts his hand punching Logan in the face:

Wolverine v3 #7

(...) perfectly sharp, and unerringly accurate.

Wolverine v3 #8

(...) six claws that can slice through almost anything on Earth.

Wolverine v3 #9

(...) six razor-sharp claws that can slice titanium like butter.

Repeated in issue 13:

(...) clad his claws in a metal that could cut titanium like butter.

And again in issue 14:

Wolverine v3 #10

(...) the adamantium claws he wields can cut as cleanly as a laser

Wolverine v3 #16

(...) claws that can shear through almost any material.

Looking at it through Google, Seems he was a DC writer on Green Arrow, Nightwing and Teen Titan's.

Yeah, that's what the article says, too.

Fingers crossed he won't botch it up 👆

Wolverine threatens Depowerednaut.

I took out Magneto, and yer nuthin' but an after-dinner mint compared to him.

😂

Wolverine punks Shatterstar... not once, not twice, but thrice:

Wolverine v2 #54

Fight ends with SS recognizing Logan as "Lord Wolverine", kneeling before him and offering his sword:

I hope it would be presented as an option, rather than have Xavier think he could force it on him.
