It's just a 30 second TV spot. When the first teaser trailer comes out, I'm sure we'll see the shield being thrown.

Looks ok, but not great. Kinda like Thor. Doesn't mean the whole movie will suck, though.

why is his mask so loose? is it not possible to make it as skin tight as in the comics or what?

Hopefully not a big deal. Just the standard practice for all big-scale films these days; put in time for reshoots once the film is in post, to see if it can help once they start seeing how the film assembles itself.
