Well, there goes the only good thing about the film. The plot was boring and the characters were flat. There was just no intrigue for me. Just another lame Hollywood comic book movie to me.

Just saw this movie last weekend.Best marvel comicbook movie ever.Even better than Thor and thats saying a lot because till cap came along,Thor was easily by far my favorite marvel comicbook movie.None of the others came even closse.Thor is a close second to Cap for me now.

Believe and behave as you will, but there's no reason for name-calling when someone takes an active interest in politics (whether you agree with them or not). And to be slightly MORE on topic, this is basically why Captain America was boring to me. There wasn't really any juicy political intrigue. The writers were kind of ball-less. It was very simple: We're the good guys, and let's go fight the bad guys. WE'RE good. THEY'RE bad. Very ethnocentric. It was actually ironic in the movie that the Americans were the ones making propaganda films, when the Nazis are actually quite famous for that.
