oups, didn't read benji's last post. ok lets try this again))
Ezekiel arrived after calling serg. The sound of fighting was near. Drawing his sword he flew to what seemed the source of sounds. Alot of confused thoughts came from there. When he entered, he saw Gean in the hand of Mordreth, who was fightin alone, with no other weapons but his fists, against Nakir and other angels.
''Nakir, stop!'' Ezekiel shouted.
''You are not to harm any of them two today. Leave them be, you and I have serious matter to discuss. It will be more useful time spent than fighting.''
Ezekiel didn't want to look straight at Gean. He didn't want to anger Mordreth more than he was. Didn't want to fight him now. Besides, Mordreth would not hurt Gean. He would let them go together.
Mordeth turned back to the half-breed "quiet you! how dare you speak to someone higher in power than you like that! i have the right to die how i want to and no one can tell me other wise!" he looked down at Gean and closed his eyes, knowing that his heart was warming slowly. he shook his head, trying not let his old feelings for her get in the way. "i want my weapons when i die...i want to die with them like the soldier i am"
Gean shook her head and flew up to sit on his shoulder. "I'm not leaving your side... If you die then I die too." She hugged him and burried her face in his cheek. "Please Mordeth. You're the only friend I've had since Shagrath's death."
Nakir raised a hand and her men stopped, quietly she watched, waiting for Gean to stray from the group.
Mordeth stopped, face to face with Nakir. he looked at Gean "apperently not. you have him" he pointed to Ezekiel, still looking at her. he looked back at Nakir and slightly raised the blade, still not used to using one weapon. he was not sure on what he planned on doing but he was thinking, his heart still warming
Ezekiel shot a golden light. Nakir, angels, Mordreth, Gean could see it.
Images started to unfold. Angels and demons walking together. No more fighting, as the land was greener than ever before. Nakir and Mordreth lying down, holding hands. A grest sun warming every soul, every human, every creature...
And then everything was gone.
''If a battle is led here and now, none of what you have juste seen will exist.'' was all Ezekiel added, in a voice of deep trance.
''the choice is yours, Nakir...Mordreth''.
Mordeth growled at the half-breed "none of that will ever happen. this war will last through all of time." he looked down at Gean and felt some kind of sorrow beside his fury "i gave you kindness, but yet he gave you something more...more than love. i know what happened. that bastard angel told me when i was locked up" he looked up at Nakir and ran the tip of the blade across her cheek "we will fight one more time...but i want my weapons."
Gean's hug tightened around him. "Why are you so cold to me Mordeth?"
Nakir glanced at Ezekiel, then looked solemnly back at Mordeth. She spoke to her guards, never taking her eyes off the demon. "Keep his weapons. They will not be returned until he is calm. Till then I shall speak with Ezekiel." With that she turned, passing a cold glanced to Gean as she did so. "We will meet again fairy."
