Not a fact. Swagger isn't shown to hit anyone that is deliberately using the surrounding area and his skills to make it hard or even impossible to hit. Swagger can hit stationary object and moving object which he can predict, not Batman.

Well, not necessarily, sure, if he exits the vehicle from a mile away, but if he is already 100 yards away when he exits it, Swagger might have problems.

Batman sneaking up in dense foliage will get shot clean through the eyes . Non Movie Swagger hearing is equally exceptional as his sight. In addittion non Movie Swagger can swivel and aim without disturbing air pressure providing no tell tale flutter of leaves and animal life for his target.

Oh deary, the madness continues. Believe me, novels Swagger isn't 'too much' for movies Batman. Not since we're talking about ALL Batmen in all Batman movies.

Yet if Swagger's novels are allowed, why can't Batman's? That seems fair, oh yeah, that's right, becuase including Batman's novels mean Swagger gets raped by the opposite side of a mop. (If I could laugh out loud, it'd be placed right here, but I don't do that stupid shit)
