Not a fact. Swagger isn't shown to hit anyone that is deliberately using the surrounding area and his skills to make it hard or even impossible to hit. Swagger can hit stationary object and moving object which he can predict, not Batman.

I really don't get this, RJ, you've clearly set it up in your mind to happen an exact way. Next you'll be saying that Batman couldn't use the batmobile because it has a broken exhaust that needs fixing, so Swagger will obviously win.
What kind of fight is this you're talking about? You seem to be going by some strange moral code for fighting, that apparently only Batman must abide.
