all you'd need is an equivalent to cancel it out. why not a ruined city with wide streets for vehicles, but hollowed out buildings for the soldiers? something like that...

Ok, started campaign again with my FC wargear. Funnily enough, its had the benefit of making Thaddeus more uber, as he now gets to have all the gear the FC would have had, but doesn't need due to having the exclusive wargear. I'm just about to head to Meridian, and i'm dying to get the terminator upgrade for Tarkus...
From the DOW2 forums, the most wanted faction for DLC seems to be Chaos. Now, ok, i get that they're evil and messed up and so on, but honestly, i think they are far too similar to SM (at least on T1) to justify being the first race in the DLC. ThE IG (who i'd want), the Tau or the Necrons, to me, would represent something more unique in the game, especially if we get a new campaign too...
it's not that i don't want the Chaos, i'd just rather wait a bit...

I think you are going down a very different road there with an equivalent to cancel it out- that's not quite the point I was making, but never mind. Like I say, I am sure it will turn up at some point.
And avoidong spoilers here, but for those of you who want mass numbers epc fighting- the final campaign mission will make you wet yourself.
In fact, the only problem is that it will leave you wanting MUCH more like it. There's no denying it looks good. (No Land Raider I am afraid... but still awesome)
Highly intelligently, when you complete the last mission it duplicates your save, som you have your 'campaign complete' save and a copy of it from just before the last mission, so you can replay it or go get lots of other stuff befiore you try it from other missions.
Incidentally I got a ridiculously good deal from Play.com- £22 and no shipping costs. The no shipping is normal from Play, but that's a good £10 off the main price. It arrived in my mailbox on release day. I cpuld not have been happier.
