On the other hand, that loophole still needs to be utilised...Really helpful when you need to use "last chance powerups" of certain characters that normally would strain them greatly multiple times.

The only loophole out of three is Mr. Immortal and I don't really believe he's in low meta tier- his power is to reanimate self after being dead with new set of superpowers reflecting how he was killed (i.e. pyrokinesis after being set on fire). The powersets are random and varying from low meta to mid herald levels (what was shown).
