Maybe I have confused two guys of the same name🙂

Yeah. Confusion. GLA character, though, is just good for amalgams.
Agreed. Ban Mr. Immortal. Resurrection Man is low herald bare minimum, so it's a non-issue.
Deadpool is immortal in addition to his HF. Banhammer.
Wolverine is dicey. And with his healing factor back to reasonable levels, I can't see a ban being justified.
Couple of guys like Darwin should be kicked for loophole-ness.

Darwin is in the same tier as Resurrestion Man so he'll going to be banned.
Wolverine is OK with me, and as for Deadpool, I propose not to ban certain characters but ban "immortality" at all- mortal (without taking immortality into account) wound should considered instant OOC (out of combat) for character- like for Deadpool, cutting\blasting his head off should classify as KO.
Mr. Immortal should definitely be banned. No way to kill him period. Would be an insane loophole in amalgamation.
As long as we specify that KO's, decapitations, etc. count as "kills" for the tourney, guys like Logan and Pool should be ok. I'm not sure how good Wade's healing is though...has he ever really been knocked out for any length of time. Cursed by death >>> any healing factor.
But I never intended it for Logan.
Let's make the official proposal: "Ban Mr. Immortal, and similar power sets. Logan's ok, as is anyone with a similar healing factor. KO's and decaps count as wins."
Votes?
...by leaving 'pool out for the moment, we can establish the important stuff, and leave him up for discussion. And the aforementioned Darwin, Resurrection Man, etc. are above the caps anyway. On the spot adaptation is generally > High Meta in the first place, so I can't imagine that power set is an issue.

What Scoob said. This has been brought up in past tourneys and was always in reference to heads, not limbs and such. I should have clarified, but it was mentioned earlier on this page as well.
