Higher caliber bullets, as Delph was talking about, can go faster than Mach 1, but certainly nothing in real life that approaches Mach 10.

It's still freaking fast, so like many have already said, it's a slight neuter but won't eliminate the advantage of drafting a speedster. It simply makes it a tougher decision, because now it's not such an advantage as before.

So, let's recap:
- Majority seem to be for the Mach 10 limit.
- Majority seem to be for banning immortality powers (Deadpool, Mr. Immortal, etc.) but regular healing (Wolverine or less, roughly) is fine.
- Tech cap remains at IM or lower.

Personally, I haven't had time to do the heavy research of the past, and likely won't. I have some good plans, and a couple backups, but my draft could go awry in a hurry because I don't have multiple contingencies if certain people get picked. So I'm excited about this tourney but have to keep my fingers crossed, or else I won't be putting my best foot forward if someone sabotages my plans inadvertently. With, it looks like, only 8 people though, hopefully we can all get most of the people we're after.

I think it's understood that the only people you have access to during prep are your own team members.
This isn't going to be popular, but I feel I have to bring it up:
Given his history as both host, participant, and judge, and how he has repeatedly shown himself not to be responsible enough to act accordingly in tournaments, and how by his own admission he does not take tournaments at all seriously, either as a judge or participant, I'd like to recommend that Trickster not be allowed to be a judge. Frankly, his callous attitude toward his fellow members and the tournaments themselves in multiple past tournaments gives me no reason to trust him.
