Round three isn't first come first served, the teams will simply pick in the order they picked in during round 1.

I'm under the impression that any Superpower automatically puts a character in one of the meta levels (for points application) ... is that correct?

Powers = meta

Which would mean that Judo Master should be at least 20 points, not 10, as she was drafted at.

I can't figure out for the life of me how miss martian is a high meta. She's a white martian.

Alright so what is the dispute again? That Classic Cable can safely accesses Nate Grey level of power, with out harm?

This is right after the Cable vs. Nate fight. All Cable did, was restitch Nate’s mind it drains him with questionable health issues. (Cable #31). Is that Mid Herald level?
