Maybe you should give the last rules post a quick read through, it covers pretty much everything.

I assume the available draft options is being taken directly from KMC Tier List. And its being enforced with an iron fist (no exceptions).

The available draft options are anyone from comics (American based I think) who would fit in the same "tier" as Iron Man or lower.

You can draft any comic book character you wish so long as they fall within the rules (High Meta or lower, and no banned abilities) and have at least 10 full appearances.

The draft will begin in 3 hours and 15 minutes.

No, but it wouldn't hurt. You don't want to come up with a great team only to be told a couple of your characters aren't allowed at this level.

Drafts, at the moment, are scheduled for 6pm tonight, but may or may not be put back depending on overall numbers.

If we want to get approvals for draft's should we send them to Ill ( or another judge I guess) before the draft time?

Yes. I personally even doublechecked several characters (chosen a rather obscure character with some "hyped up by bios" powers which looked a lot less impressive on panel that they did in text description) to avoid things like "overpay based on hearsay".

It would really help if someone edited the first page, if the rules have bin finalized along with the confirmed list of judges.
