This may seem obvious ... but we're not all in the same city at the same time, right?

I mean the three battles are in alternate New Yorks otherwise they could crossover somehow (which may be cool ... but would definitely be annoying/confusing)

Nah, the battles take place in alternate New Yorks. The battles do not crossover in any manner. You only have to worry about Bdub & Smurph.

Teams Fangirl and BDub/Smurph have 3 minutes left. If they do not provide a write up they forfeit prep and will only be allowed to amalgamate their teams (as I'll be posting their opponents prep in the battle threads and they can not base their opening post on what has been posted).

I'll let this one slide B-dub, but going forward the 10:00a opening post deadline, as well as the free agency/trade deadline, will be strictly enforced. There will be no exceptions out of fairness to those that were able to meet the requirements on time.

Probably the odds thread can be unpinned so mods can pin the Digi\Fangirl fight? Basically it was duplicating the functions of that thread?
