Ok, so you are going to mame an offer about a provided 'tithe' of criminals (per, say, month) gets given, and in return for which you will leave the rest of the populace alone?
Just to get a reading- though I don't want this to change anyone's mind- can a member of the Spycho Brigade give a comment on what they think of that?
Firak will discuss the duelling issue with you, Con- the point of the matter is, apparently some Epireans recognise the deadliness of your laser swords and strange powers and so forth, but there is a way in which their true respect for strength comes from those fighting in ritual combat, the old fashioned way- unarmed.
Yes, the plan is to make a deal in which we receive a sufficient amount of servants, fighters and just plain victims. How they are choosen can be up to the tribal leaders, within reason. In return they will receive most of the judicial power, though probably with some veto rights on our part. I think Gladitorial Games should be organized by the tribes as well with our blessing, might even make some pan epirean games (though, I might be deluded by the opening ceremony in Bejing) I am not sure how specific the deal has to be, but it would be sweet if all we had to do would be give our word and they do the stuff themselves with us just guiding.
Obviously I'd also welcome input from our veterans.
As for the ritual combat....****....that's what I was worried about. Now, for reference, would our characters (Azarl and Con) be able to compete in Hand to Hand combat with a strong Epirean? Also, would the force be allowed?

'Allowed' implies enforcment., You can use any trick you like to win- but it won't have the decisive impact it would have by winning via hand-to-hand skill alone. The skill that registers this is Combat, and your Combat Schticks, hence me saying how useful a Brigand would be...
Hmm, okay, so we keep this option in mind if the Brigand shows up. Except for that I think our social skills should do.
okay, here goes nothing.)
fas hokh decided to go the opposite direction of his friends when they decided to split up. as he ran, he discovered that he had inadvertantly entered one of the houn settlements. he decided to ask a native if anything suspicious had gone on lately in this settlement. he found a shopkeeper and asked him. "excuse me. if i may ask, has anything," he searched for the right word," odd, gone on around here lately? any information would be appreciated."
((please tell me if i need to fix anything. any help is welcome.))

I say that's going to take a lot of the fun out of our little game...

That is true. Damn.Well, I suppose the whole list idea isn't too bad. Just be like "These are the criminals, do what you want"...we could still cause a little havoc that way.

Set them free and hunt them down!
Yeah, you can do whatever you want with them, torture them for years, set them free just to frame and then execute them in a fully slapstick fashion, eat them, etc. Have a blast.
Originally posted by UshgarakFor example. All sorts of possibilities with this approach. I think it would give us a good amount of freedom and a good amount of control while still making the Epireans reasonably happy. But we have to see what the leaders say. And need to get rid of Ogros in time.
You could always let the strongest one each month live...
"You're right, I'm, not the law...Which means I don't have any rules to follow..." Close enough to jump up there yet? If not then can I throw my blade at one of the walkers legs? Or if it's a saber throw like in the jedi knight games can I throw it in a way that it cuts through both legs on the return trip?
