Ok, this is what I will say then (presence):
"We know you are concerned about the allegedly wrongful killings of Epireans in the past. We are partly here to assure you that they will not happen again. Instead we have a plan that should satisfy all parties. From now on a council of your tribes will provide us with no less than 30 strong, healthy Epireans per month. Choose them however you want, be it your criminals or enemies, we will not judge. These will serve us as slaves, they become our property from the moment you turn them over to us. Additionally you will hold games every month, your tribes will compete against each other, while the slaves we deem most suited will participate in battles to the death for your amusement. In turn we give you the right to judge your own criminals independently, we only reserve us a last word in special cases. On top of the slaves, your people will help us when the need should arise, not as slaves, but as "voluntary" workers. In turn you can live your lives as you see fit. You can lead your tribes as you see fit."
After this Con pauses for a bit to look at the reactions of the faces. When he feels the time is right he continues.
"To seal the pact between our people, we demand the head of Ogros, we feel it is a small price to pay for basically freedom. Should his tribe not accept these conditions, their land shall be split between the neighboring countries and Ogros as well as everyone that even thought about revolting as well as their friends and family will meet a fate worse than you can imagine."
Again, Con takes a moment to let his words die down, before he proceeds with his next part.
"From now on your leaders will form a council and report to us on a bimonthly basis about all the major events that took place on Epirea. We will then give you a general guideline, which we wish you to follow. You will be able to rule your people within the guidelines as you see fit."
With a slight change in tone he ends his speech as follows:
"These are our conditions. Take them, or feel our wrath. They are not debatable, they are not changeable. And we feel that they are generous. Take a moment to consider it, and give me your answer"
Con, very abruptly, stops to speak, turns around, and takes his place next to Azarl and Firak.
I want to use Empathy on the group of people here, now. And also ask Firak what he thinks the Epireans will decide.
DARK SIDE
Empathy is a good idea, Con. Other than Ogros, there are three leaders that seem to be the most dominant in the group- three that I have not named yet, so not Firak or either of the two closest to Orgos. It seems the others are looking to their opinion.
However- and this is causing a lot of discussion amongst the Epireans- your demand that they present you the head of Ogros is generating a lot more resistance than you might have thought- despite your threat,. And you feel a particular emotional surge from some- especially the two leaders near Ogros- when you make the threat to friends and family. Con- this is a threat they've heard already, and not from you.
Firak has been talking to some of the others. He's a long way from Ogros and does not know as much as he wants to about him, but whilst they might settle with you, he gets the impression that they won't actively war on Ogros- at least, not with any passion- unless they have even better incentives.
Hence, they are most interetsed in this thing you say about spkitting Ogros' lands...
(As a hint, this is where using Subterfuge can start to come into play- a few words in the right place to the right people can change a lot of attitudes)

JEDI
Denz.
That's odd though- where are the miners that are meant to be supervising this thing?
And upon a closer look around the place... you note the mining demolition charges installed at many, many points around the edge of the structure!
There are also the tracks of a large vehicle heading away from this area.
A lot to think about!

RENEGADES
Ok, Sean, you leap to your feet and slash at the walker, severing one of its limbs! It has lots more two, and two claw-like appendages race towards you, as the other men move into surround you.
Other Renegades- yes, all the walkers are of the same design.
Wentar is going for a Combat Push on a pilot, not a bad idea. Not Fas'hoks's style though (i.e. he doesn't have combat push) so maybe he can run distraction for you- what is it going to be?
Hmm, okay, I'd like to talk to those three dominant ones. I'll say "It's clear you three are the most powerful, what do you want to happen with Ogros and his tribe? I am sure we can work together in a fashion that suits all of us."
I guess Ogros made a similar threat to them, so after I talked to the dominant ones, I will talk to Thaturk and the other close one again.
I'd also like to scan Glotharg.
I guess we can just split the lands in some way or another, but we'll have to see what happens now.
Denz decides that the drill would by default have the largest power source. Taking off the comlink, and attaching a datapad to it, he set it to brordcast a scarmble code stored on the pad. He then had to boost the signal power, so he set to work splicing the datapad and comlink to a power source. A computer terminal probably. Or a power junction box, someting regulatable, he hopes the com wont fry.
Renegades-
Fair enough, I'll keep that in mind.
Turning his focus to the incoming walker, Wentar uses the force to knock back one of the pilots. "Fas, take care of those guys below. I have a plan." Taking advantage of the distraction he leaps up, using the force again, aiming to land in the cockpit.
Assuming I do make it I want to, regrettably, take out the pilots swiftly.
