This is the part where you can win votes with individual favours or things you set-up. A duel would have done for one, but we are assuming now that that is not an option.
So we can do favoiurs now, or you can make a spiel to the closer leaders.

Alright, I'd appreciate some input (from anyone, really...lightsiders?)
Hmm, we need to brainstorm what we could offer, what we could pretend to offer, how we could trick them, etc.
- We can probably divide Ogros part how we see fit, if we get a majority of the vote
- We can offer the tribes of the dominant ones specific advantages (tribute payments, specific rank, maybe games in their honour, etc.)
-We can offer the dominant leaders advantages (rule over more tribes, specific honours, etc.)
Now, maybe we can play some of them against each other, though I have no idea how exactly. At the moment I am still pretty clueless about what anyone wants or how we could give it to them.
So first we should probably find out more, gather some intelligence. Ask the right questions and such. If someone knows what the right questions are, that would be awesome.

I can't talk because I wasn't here, but I feel maybe threatening their wives and children was too much. They already feel threatened by Ogros it looks like. Should not make us seem like we are just as bad if not worse. Which we are, but they don't need to know that.
I like the suggestion of playing favorites with some of them. Definitely the splitting of lands. Maybe even offer to make an honorary guard and have each clan take turns defending our mountain as an elevated status. I am so sure they would be eager for that...
Maybe even offer them precious things. Scrap from our base? It's metal! They can make stuff out of it. Like more axes for killing Ogros.

I'm not going to come right out and say it. I think you know what is happening, Jovan. But a lightsaber is not going to do much against debris. The Force can move it away of course. In any case, that room is no longer safe. People need to be moved out of it and you need to be ready to protect them. Probably with your lightsaber...
As for Denz, good thinking keeping those bombs from going off! That would be bad if that equipment was destroyed. The Republic will be thankful a Jedi helped there, at least! And as for not being updated right away... Jovan is currently in a pressure situation. Sometimes Ush has to get people through those before other situations can be updated. It usually means you might be ahead of Jovan as far as what you can do. You're doing well. 🙂

Hmm, maybe, it doesn't seem to have negative consequences so far though, and we got some more information from it, so I wouldn't worry too much.
Can we have talks with the leaders individually, to find out what they want, or do we have to guess and make them offers?

These are all good points being made- do you intentionally portray yourselves as a bigger badass than Ogros and hence the one to be obeyed, or do you portray Ogros as the bad guy to whom you are... if not the nicer, perhaps the more reasonable alternative?
You can talk with the leaders individually yes, though you've already talked a lot, done a lot of work and I don't want to force you to string it out with more talking- in the end, this is a Star Wars game and I'll only do so much chit chat.
So let's sum it up. One of them will turn to you if you fight a champion in an honourable unarmed duel.
One of them will do it if you start playing favourites and give him lands of another backed by your force; he'll name an Ogros sympathisier for you to do that with.
One of them... wants access to technology. He's negotiable on how much and in what form, if you agree in principle we'll see about that later. (Note, btw, that right now you guys are extremely short on supplies, though game play might change that)
Meanwhile, Firak lets you know that the group as a whole are interested in your offer about becoming greater but they still want that better defined. Are you guys planning to go on interstellar conquest? If you spell that out, that's very tempting for any aggressive race.
Incidentally, Firak wants to reserve the right to the lands near your mountain and hence its defence.
Which leaves how you want to handle the two leaders close to Ogros.

Fas, they had to get close to the building you are standing on to start lnocking it down, so yes, only one turn away! So in you go! Question- how violent are you going to be? You going to kill these guys? Obviously it is more of a good guy thing to say no, but on the other hand they ARE trying to kill you and it is not easy to play subdual with a Lightsabre; it will impair how well you fight.
Wentar- now is the time for quick thinking! You just did a very impressive leap into that cockpit, slowed only slightly by the static resistance of the forcefield.
Ok, Sean, I'll say you've lopped another limb off of that walker... but your cloak (guessing that you wear one, correct me if wrong) takes a blaster shot and catches fire, which is not something you need to worry about in of itself, it is a visual representation from me that you are taking damage here!

At this point a huge metal drill, spinning furiously, crashes through the roof of the negotiation room, though as Jovan yelled at everyone to get into cover no-one is intially hurt.
After forcing tis wa through the ceiling, the mining vessel protudes at an odd angle into the room. It is bristling with mining lasers, used to help with particularly hard rocks.
Denz- done! Well, improvised. basically they cnanot set off the detonation signal from afar; they'd have to get pretty close to set these things off now. Which would be fairly stupid if you think about it.
Alright, giving him the land of an Ogros sympathiser is fair enough, we can maybe stage it so that the leader still wanted to have a revolution, but the guy that wants his land discovered it, so it goes to him, something like that. I am sure we can do that.
Technology we can also promise, I mean for one we could let him look at our base or something, show him what technology we have and maybe even spare a bit for him. We should probably stock some more anyways in the course of the next games.
Now, I'd like to gather some of the Leaders that seem interested in the interstellar conquest and tell them this:
"As you know we are very powerful tacticians and just like we got Epireus, we plan to get even more planets in the surrounding areas. With you as our army and our power, intelligence and equipment we should be unstoppable. And of course, once we do have new planets, we will need leaders for them...leaders like you. How does it sound to you, being in charge of an entire planet? Maybe even 10 Planets? And just think of the experience and glory you can gain in fights with different races. We planned for years, but now, with a collaboration between our two races, there is no reason that we can't grab whatever we want."
Incidentally, Con thinks it would be a good idea regardless. We should be more active and built our own empire, for some reason con doesn't like to be hunted down by evil pigs, and though he doesn't really care much for power he thinks it would be the best way to ensure his safety as well as enjoyment for years to come.
The technology-minded leader can help us install our new shield generator, the lucky bastard. Otherwise, we don't have a lot of technology. He can have a look at Galder's arm, too. It's technology. 😛
Ariell said she is still interested but has been busy. She will post today, hopefully, and gladiatorial combat can ensue.
