USH'S STAR WARS GAME 2008- 'New Blood' (prequel for new players)

Started by Ushgarak65 pages

All the Dark Siders think your own Empire is a good idea, Con- you just don't have anything approaching the resources needed to create one!

-

Wentar- unfortunately your disruption of the walker has sent it a bit nuts! It is now walking upo the side of the building with random leaps, which is making your co-ordination pretty darn tricky!

-

The lasers are not firing yet, Jovan- but you are no good at reflecting back anyway.

Side hatches are opening amidst the chaos of the scene, and men coming out. Everywhere is dust, debris and noise.

No chance in hell to get the room evacuated? Possibly by help of the guys of the security?
I have to contact Denzral of course!

Anything else I have to do to prepare myself? ?)

Then we should get them...somehow.

A whole planet must be a decent start though.

Jovan, as a Jedi Knight, you probably want to state your authority over these goons that are pouring into the negotiations. They've interrupted it, they're probably not here to talk. Lightsaber ready, perhaps? 😉

Keep it up, Renegades. You're doing just fine.

shoot, I thought I already did that! Thanks Bespin bart!

I want to activate my lightsabre too please!

I say that we explain to them that beginning an Empire is a hefty business. Especially when trying to compete with this thing called the Galactic Republic. But if there was a rebellion and Ogros took us down there would be absolutely no chance of that happening for Epireus. Ever. The Epireans are not complex enough to start taking over other planets. They could not even leave this planet let alone get to another. Not without us.

And so I do have Martial Artist. Forgot about that. Very well. If our Brigand does not show up, Azarl will put himself in unarmed combat.

Hmm, that seems pretty good. We should think about who to fight though. Ush, do we know which leader would be swayed by a fight?

Denzral hides the changes he made to the circitry and quickly attempts to ran back to the monorail to take him back to the negiotiations. Or should he attempt to remove the charges, never know, may be suicidal miners? Jedi input would be of reat help... Dark-siders any advice at all?

G-give into the dark and slaughter some innocents?

*thinks about it* NO!! In fact join the light side!

Oooh, wrong answer, once you go Dark you never go back... unless you're Anakin Skywalker. As far as these games are concerned. Redemption does not come easy, if at all.

You've got tracks that lead away, Denz, and mysteriously missing miners.

JEDI

Rex speaks with wisdom there, Denz...

Sabre out, Jovan! But men poruing into the room from both sides of the mining vehicle.

DARK SIDE

Well, just one of the three leaders I mentioned is all, Con. But it will be a fight of some challenge and I will say it would be difficult for Azarl, not a Combat specialist- not at all shabby, but a named character that is good at it really would have an edge, as Azarl could not use Force Powers (well, not without making it pointless).

So what are you offering the Epireans on a grand scale? Their own planets?

And it is definitely a go on the 'I want land' and 'Give me technology' requests then?

so no chance in hell I can get the negotiatiors out of the room?

if not I have to stand in a defensive form to give cover to as many as I can shouting "Who are you? Stand down and disarm yourselves! You are intruding in official Jedi bussiness"

(ok, I'm not sure about that last part, but Anakin said it in Attack of the Clones, so I think it is a correct term)

It's hard to judge what our involvement would actually be and whether we could deliver what we promise, but I would say it is a go on both counts, we will support the guy who wants land and take it from one of Ogros sympathizers and we will make the other accustomed with some of our technology and provide him with what we feel we can spare.

I suppose it is up to Azarl whether he would want to risk it, or whether it makes sense, about fighting. If our Brigand joins, I think we should definately go down that road.

And I would also promise the Epireans a share in the planets we will get (if any). Planets which they can rule relatively absolute. Our offers would basically be, glory in fights on a much grander scale and power over other civilizations in the long run (which would obviously connected with greater luxury).

Decides to follow tracks...

Renegades-
Hmmm, that's not good. Here's a risky move. Can I use my pilot skill to try stabilize this thing? I'm assuming that the other pilots are in no condition to attack what with the nutso walker.

Ren -
In that case I'll shoot one of the men surrounding me, use my lightsaber to block any incoming attacks and try and stay around about the walkers legs so I'm hopefully out of its firing range.

One weapon at a time, Spike. Cut 'em up or blast 'em down. Can't do both.

Relle will fight the Epirean champion in close combat.

She is extremely well equiped to fight unarmed.

BTW, if you need any advice with stuff, you can ask me, I'm always always online if I'm not at work. Especially with fighting, that's what I'm great at 😛
