Read in an interview he is supposed to get a Nova-like power boost. Darkhawk was one of my favorite characters from the 90's. Good to see him getting some attention.

Its good to boost some characters of the 90s and make them relevant instead of just erasing them in favor of Silver Age characters.

Yep, I'm glad they actually talk Glads. He is admittedly the most interesting character of the Sh'iar, but we don't know anything about him.
