No. Black Bolt is fast, and strong, easely in the same weight class that every one else.

Plus, he manage to matter manipulate, have a quasi-sonic voice that can lvl mountain with a mere word and can deliver the Master Blow.

Manhunter would beat Gladiator by exploiting his weakness, but other than that, I wouldn't want to be him against one of the Brother-by-oath (Thor and BRB) or worst case for him, Surfer.

1. Gladiator, he can move planets, is faster than light, etc.
2. I don't know Lightray but he probably kills the Sentry...Sentry sucks, I hate Superman ripoffs.
3. Weapon of the gods, enchanted by top skyfather > high tech stuff. Looking at each man at his best, Orion never had the same standing in power and rank in the DCU that Thor did in the MU.
4. I believe Quasar is more powerful than a GL.
5. I don't see what Firestorm can do that SS couldn't. Plus the Surfer has a heck of a lot more power flat-out, I believe, and probably just overall.
6. I believe the Manhunter will win if he goes intangible so he can withstand Black Bolt's voice attack.
7. Bill. I don't know if Adam is even comparable to Captain Marvel. I believe BRB had a good showing against a herald or Galactus or something and did something involving destroying a planet (I haven't kept perfect track of everything but it looks like Bill is beyond anything normal for a Superman level character).

Looks like someone needs to read up on the dc characters. And Orion's standing in the DCU has nothing to do with how he would fair against Thor.
