What did you guys think about that thread? Too many problems? What was wrong if there was something wrong? What went right?

I'd like to know because it seemed to really polarize the people in this forum.

I was being proactive. Another page or so and it would have gotten out of hand.

The Jedi crowd got their point across, as did the Twi crowd. What would have been the point of going on?

New idea for an MVF Amendment:

Should we allow or disallow telemovies?

I closed the Jack Bauer (24) thread since he is not a major motion film character.

To be fair to my own rules, I recall having allowed Pennywise the Clown, from the telemovie IT, to be used in an MVF thread.

Who thinks that we should allow? Why?

Who thinks that we should disallow? Why?

That can kind of be hard to gauge, since some telemovies are really just multiple episodes cut together (though I think that mostly only applies for cartooons).

IMO yes. After all, you allowed Dark Fury and it never had a theatrical release.

Let's say Jack from a telemovie is being discussed, then someone brings in a feat he used in a regular episode. Is that CANON?

Now that I think about this TV telemovie thing, it's a bad idea.
