As you posted neither a picture of the SK Thunder XL or a statement stating that sed stun gun doesn't have a label, no, you haven't provided any proof; you've just provided speculation.
BTW, if you had actually gone to their website like you claimed, you'd have noticed that your claim about all the Thunder products having an embedded name and logo is wrong.

Bauer wins because he clearly has better feats. When everything goes bad for McClane, he has to get on his knees and pray to God. When everything goes bad for Bauer, he rips a man's throat out with his teeth and jump-kicks a suicide bomber out of a moving subway train (saving a subway train in a far more badass manner than McClaned did).
