I've seen about a 3rd into Season 5, which is more than half of the series and you know this, so you're lying.
As far as your "over-exaggerated" claims, you're the one who consistently has made boosted claims about Bauer (eg remember your whacked claims about Bauer in the Chinese consulate and your claims about Bauer taking down a helicopter), only to have them slapped down after I've seen the scene you've boosted.

Considering McClane had minutes prior walked away from a much worse crash (rolling the Unimog); only to get hit by a car (Mercedes ML500) and was seemingly okay, there's no reason to believe a crash off an overpass would kill McClane.
Bauer couldn't do it with or without the trucks though, which is the point, he's not cartoony enough.
