I can tell you that the figure should be the annual ad-revenue x2.
So whatever Raz makes in 2 years should be the total net-worth of the site.
Since the site is clearly in decline, its value would not be exactly 2x the previous calendar year's performance. That would have to be taken into consideration. Also consider the intangible value of the site (no, not sentimental b.s.): how much are some of the more intangible assets this site has to offer (such as the members and the built up content). Then consider how much the current owner is interested in a sinking ship.
Add that all together as best as you can and the value, when I was going to purchase the place a couple of years back, was about 20k. It was technically worth $42k. But I would lowball the figure by slightly more than half because it would technically be an investment in a poorly performing asset.
Anyway, I explained that to you more than I should have: you probably already knew all that but just want to be a poopoohead about things.

I didn't see this post. That's not how websites are valued (industry standard-wise).
However, if you think I could purchase the whole site for less than $5k, I'd buy the site, now.
