Hahaha.

meh, true.

But they could at least be a bit more interesting like some of the past historical prez debates of yore. And sure there're the issues, and that's important but by now it's recycled stuff we've been listening to for 18 months now.

We're down to the last weeks (finally) of this circus run and Obama's over here agreeing with McCain while McCain's cracking unfunny lighthearted jokes. It's like c'mon, let's see a homerun, a jugular strike, some type of ownership or somethin'.

That'll probably come if Obama wins.

That will be the ultimate own.

Obama is too much of a pussy to go after McCain and attack him or make it interesting.

McCain does it but he cant speak well enough to actually sound passionate or intimidating.

If he did, you'd say he had to resort to it.

Uhh..no..its a debate, pay attention.

McCain didn't go after Obama during the debate either.

And it's smart. In this climate when people are losing their houses people aren't concerned about who can smear the best, they want to hear about the issues. They both knew that and debated with that in mind.

Obama did go after him, much to the dismay of Mr. Brokaw. But, I imagine it's kind of hard to digest an attack from a 70 year old who's dragging himself all over the stage and wandering aimlessly in the background while Obama is responding to his attacks.

Exactly, it's a debate, not a verbal bitchfight.

Perhaps that's why you fail in every one you have here.

Obviously huge advantage for Obama, but depending how strong the Bradley Effect is come election day, Obama can still lose, and somewhat easily, imo. I.E., I think this is going to be a close race.
I personally think the so-called "Bradley effect" is a little overrated today.

You're crazy.

You're probably right, but I wouldn't completely count it out, as 1982 wasn't all that long ago.

I think we WILL see the Bradley effect in large amounts in the Red States. After arguing with a certain person about why he thinks Obama is a failure of a choice and pointing out that he's just an idiot following the lame talking points of the McCain campaign and Fox news, he got pissed and gave up on finding reasons. His final reason was, "Well fine! I'm not voting for him because he's a n****r!" I'm sure that there are plenty of those types out there...

However, I think we'll see a considerable reverse Bradley effect, in one form or another, in every state.

That would have earned him a punch in the face from me. Unless he was massive, then I'd just talk about punching him and never do it.

Indeed-o. Politics can be QUITE frustrating.

When you've got very intelligent people willfully falling for deliberately faulty propaganda machines, the frustration is compounded.

It's racism I find frustrating.

I agree..black peopel voting for Obama just because hes black and McCains white is frusterating, along with the bradley affect.

That's not really racism. It would be racism if they didn't vote for Obama because he was black or vice versa.

Voting for him because he's black isn't just limited to Black folk, racist.

Yeah, the people doing the opposite are just as bad but at least they're not trying to get our nation raped with a broken beer bottle.
