Well, early voting started today here in Nevada and I already voted. I held my nose and voted for McCain, not because I think he's a good choice, but because I had to vote against Obama. The polls are showing Obama's lead is starting to slip. It's not over yet.

No, I don't hate him, I just don't think he's qualified to be President. If he wins get ready for Jimmy Carter the sequal.
Unemployment was fairly low in his adminstration, which has to account for something, since Reagan ****ed that up.

Sadly, I don't think the election will be overwhelming, at all. I honestly hope I'm wrong. I think this election will be close; very close.
Doom and Gloom is making his judgements because of the parallels between the platforms of Mr. Obama and Mr. Carter. Sadly, times are not the same. But, the outcome might very well be if the American people don't accept the reality of the need for change while being willing to act it out. How are most Americans supposed to buy into the green revolution while the technology that substantiates it is so far out of their reach? I could buy a 2,000 dollar car that runs on gasoline, right now, from the adds. OR! I could buy a 45,000 dollar hybrid that operates on the promise of a fuel that will operate it and be just as easily accesable. I don't need to go 70 mph to work, but I do need to get there. 100% of Americans own a car that depends on the current system. Both candidates push for an aleternative. But neither are willing to admit that the transition will cost money; every's money. We don't have a middle America alternative to carbon-based fuels for the vehicles that take most Americans to their job.
Both parties are operating on an idea of "alternative", not change. This clean, green option that is being sold by the media is just a cover for the transition of the oil industry into the green industry. But, only one side of the political spectrum subscribes to the idea that the majority has a right to that energy source, while the other believes that the benefits of that majority should belong to the few.

Obama's predicted 350-370 on fivethirtyeight, electoralvote and electionprojection. If the bradley effect works, and a few other shit, He'll be down to about 290.
And for that, McCain has to turn around MO, VA, FL and NC.
I highly doubt it'll be close.
I just like the "win percentage" table. Makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Go Obama!
BUT BUT BUT..this is just a smalllll minority of people, 99% of people know why they are voting and not based on race!
