Its Macaroni with traditional mixt of tomato & mince, but I ended up without the actual Macaroni shaped pasta, so I used Penne.

And yeah that is Parmesan.

Something about Macaroni, it tastes even better the day after its cooked. shrug

Great job! Honey Catalina has always been one of my favorite dressing! The bacon in this makes the dish in my opinion and the bear is just awesome!
