That's awesome, Piggles! The egg noodles look scrumptious, the chicken looks really well cooked and the touch of balsamic and sweet red pepper dressing goes well with the chicken. Most people are huge fans of using regular onions if not red onions when they mix in some garlic with their egg noodles, but good job using spring onions, great dish!
