its got minced beef, black eyed peas (whole and mushed), paprika, salt, onion, garlic, cabbage, green peppers, carrots, mushrooms, tomatoes and beef stock

I made this tonight. It looked so good, I wanted to share it with you here.

Chilli-cheese fries topped with diced onion and tomatoes. I drizzled ranch dressing over it and it was way yummy.

Oh mah gawd, this is one of my faves. Thanks for sharing. Never heard of using ranch dressing on chili cheese fries, may have to try it sometime. Props for using onions too, awesome!

Looks good, i'm thinking the coconut gave it a slightly (or very) sweet tingle to the dish, nice job combining everything and I love carrots, so nice dish.

this wad heavy on teh stomach but very yummy

Grilled salmon with 2 kinds of stuffed mushrooms and pine cone potato's
