I made this zucchini lasagna last night for dinner. I've been craving lasagna but cant have the pasta yet due to the diet Ive been on. So I decided to try this. Slicing the zucchini in long slices about 1/4 thick and using these in place of the pasta. It came out really yummy and I will definitely be making this again.

That looks delicious, Shellie! It screams homecooked meal. I love the use of zucchini, awesome!

I COOKED!
iz been a while leftrightI cooked a gratinated pumpkin dish, its lots and lots of pumpking, cream, eggs, cheese and which ever meat you like (we like ground beef or ham in it)
Awesome, I hardly ever see pumpkin bein' used, so major points in my book for originality, babe. Looks delicious and filling. I like how it sponged up and how it has a nice texture to it.

I also made flemish asperges with breaded chicken and sauteed potato's
yayz!
Asparagus! That's neat, and very nice. Hardly see that being used as well with the cooks I know. The breaded chicken looks perfectly the way I like it, golden in the middle and brown around the sides. I love the potatoes, they're my favorite side dish.

Zucchini cupcakes! I haven't seen some of those in forever, good job! I love the perfect shape they have and the frosting was put on with good care to give them a very good confection look. That's awesome attention to detail.

If I took a picture of all the food I make...it would take forever to upload. haermmLast night was a busy night in the restaurant with me as the only cook.
I'd love to see just a sample, it's cool to see people's hard work.
