Yesterday i made home made wiener schnitzel, with oven baked potato's and mushrooms in cream

Todayz i madez burgers for lunch, it isn't really much cooking besides roasting the buns and frying the meat on the stove, the rest is all just decorating with sauces and cheeze or pickles, we ate the burgers with some salad 😛

i madez a rib burger and a cheeze burger, it was actually a b*tch finding the rib burger buns at the store haermm

Yeah, here in America those rib burger buns are very easy to find, haha, they look scrumptious sweety, and the roasting of the buns makes it nice touch.

She's such a crafty European with her average items that are cooked in exotic ways, haha. They are rather odd looking, but I'm dying to try some!

Thank you, they are not that hard to make, it is basically mashed up potato's with spices, you mold them in the shape you want (we used a pine cone shape and there for we also call them pine cone potato's) and then you can either deep fry them or oven bake them, we like to oven bake them as we find deep frying too greasy.

thing is when you oven bake them its best to freeze them first and then bake them, they keep their shape better that way and while they are in the oven be sure to turn them now and then so that they don't burn on one side

and if all that fails you can always buy them already done at the store here 😛
