Cooking Mama! KMC Edition!

Sorry for the ultra shitty quality of the pic, the light in our kitchen is very soft.

Here I cooked beef & broccoli is a teriaki sautem I made some orange chicken seasoned with a hint of peache sauce and some fried rice with veggies and egg. Transformer cup has some ice cubes and great tasting Sangria, yum.

Thank you, they are not that hard to make, it is basically mashed up potato's with spices, you mold them in the shape you want (we used a pine cone shape and there for we also call them pine cone potato's) and then you can either deep fry them or oven bake them, we like to oven bake them as we find deep frying too greasy.

thing is when you oven bake them its best to freeze them first and then bake them, they keep their shape better that way and while they are in the oven be sure to turn them now and then so that they don't burn on one side

and if all that fails you can always buy them already done at the store here 😛

If so, tell me what it's like.

BTW, I'm Italian, so I would definitely prefer the red sauce to salsa....however, I haven't tried the salsa, so I can't knock it. 😐

I made and apple/apricot crumble Saturday, we ate it with vanilla ice cream, it was YUM! droolio
