I haven't posted food in a while ... took pics though ...

This is what we did with the left over mussels, we covered them in flour and backed them along with the vegies, its the best! even better then the first day ✅

We has some spaghetti this week too 😊

And some home made Vol au Vent (its chicken with mushrooms in sauce in some puff pastry) and we had vegies with that

My specialty dish, Mexican Mess Casserole. (Seasoned taco meat, tortilla chips, jalapeno hot sauce, corn, mayonnaise, and cheese mixed together in a casserole dish and covered in more cheese.)

Sorry for the crappy pic. I wanted to take a pic of the whole dish before I served it, but I forgot to.

I didn't make my ultra spicy version today. 😛 I usually use hot taco seasoning, hot mayo, even hotter hot sauce, and cheese that has bits of jalapeno in it.
