Why isn't the 'victim' int he video not even using his other hand as the guy grabbles his other?
Doesn't make sense, he just puts it down on the ground.

exactly my problem with aikido they dont train correctly, thats usually how the practice there moves at most sstudios/dojos i've went to

Well, I find Muay Thai to be excellent for me self defense wise as I have much more lower body strength than upper. 🙂

Whats the point of it, if you learn how to do it from the video, and you try it in a real life situation and you get your nose snuffed by the person your trying on it with his other hand?

yea muay thai is great, i'm moving to thailand specifiaclly for it.(and to try to make a movie with tony jaa)

I'm 6'4 and I'm pretty skinny, but my legs are really strong and I have quick reflexes. In a normal fist fight, I think I would loose badly due to my lack of strength, but utilizing martial arts with my reflexes I have beaten many opponents that weight MUCH more then me.

My only problem in fist fights would be grappling. So fending off would be kind of hard. I have alot of strength since I have more of a more stronger type body and speed is not much of a problem either. 😄

eh im really fast and ok in the strength factor. but i'm also kinda short for my age and alot of people have reach over me. But leg kicks really help me out in fights
