Well,at this point it seems this battle is pretty much run- unfotunately, Selenian casualties (especially amongst the special forces, after their surprise was spoiled) have been very high, leaving them having to be very cautious.

The Federation retreats by one space, as the shield flickers back into life.

Vera-Kin wants to personally apologize to the survivors of the taskforce that attempted the surprise attack, which she ruined. Her ill judgment may have removed a tank from the equation, but it also left the Special Forces exposed and unable to fully complete their task.

"Better, we could have done," Vera-Kin comments to her fellow Jedi. "Put the Selenians at unnecessary risk, we did, during the orbital bombardment. But we still managed a success."

Is that it then, turn over. I'll take one peroid of rest, unless I'm deftly needed.

Fumbling around with the bombardment did not quite get us the results I thought we would by going all in, but good work on another minor victory, Jedi.

Let us see what the next situation is, but I have a feeling that most will want to sit out due to the damage taken this time around. The Jedi are looking pretty ragged at this point.

I was indeed going to ask if you guys were going to commit. The Feds are air striking at the heavy guns at the Selenian side of the Valley, as the Selenian infantry tries to push forwards.

I believe the Nexu's Grin could withstand another round with Xeth at the helm and Vlad on the guns. Hopefully Wentar can return to us in Denzral's fighter (assuming it is still okay with him). We and the airspeeders are the only means of fighting the vultures and preventing air strikes.

Can I get volunteers for continuing the ground battle?

Wentar is more then willing to help out, even if he has to fly a Selenian airspeeder.

I could probably survive another round... we'll see.

I preferably take a breather but if need be you can send me in... I'm done with exams, but don't think I'll be awake the next 24 hours.

Jovan and Kiu can rest as I want two of our Jedi to get refreshed during this round so that we can have them for the next round... but Denzral has more than half his health to him and can manage to keep fighting on that. Sorry, Denz, we need you man.

So Denzral and Vera-Kin will be in the fighting, whilst Xeth and Vlad are in the air in the Nexu and Wentar is in the Jedi starfighter.

Seems the Feds are throwing a heavy attack your way in a great (and possibly final) effort to break the Selenian lines before the heavy guns, now beginning their friing, make the Valley totally impassable.

Right off the bat I'll need someone who is in the air to take out the droidekas, or they'll cut us and the Selenians to pieces. Xeth, any thoughts? I take it by this point there is plenty of wreckage and turbolaser and explosion crarters to make use of. I think we should move up a little and try and turn their attack around, as Hannibal Smith once said, the best defence is a good offense. And with the heavy guns we should be able to turn their attack into a floundering retreat. Provided droids can comprehend that.

Ideas welcome...

Are the Droidekas moving faster than the rest of the droid advance?

Can Vera-Kin suggest to the field gun operators than they target the droid advance first, while the speeders go after the tanks?
