USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (RENEGADES)- Battlefield

No, the droidekas are rolling at steady speed with the general advance.

Range of the speeders and tanks is two moves' worth.

Can the field guns hit either the tanks or the droids from this distance?

Not accurately.

The field guns are heavy weapons, right? Do they still have that Near Hit rule that would still manage to take down some battle droids? Unless they totally miss of course.

Unfortunately they have no blast radius (though any hit on a droid is an auto kill).

Then Vera-Kin will advise that they go after the battle droids for this turn.

Is there any way that Vera-Kin could collapse part of the Valley with the Force, to slow the Federation advance and take out their forces?

If you had a maxed out (or at least extremely high) Kintetic Tree and poured a ton of Fore points into it, maybe. As it is, such an extreme action is beyond you. The Valley is naturally stable and a large battle in it hasn't collapsed it yet.

Hmm, okay. What if Vera-Kin prepared a secretive attack to take out battle droids, as she did with the Cultists earlier?

That takes preparation against an unaware enemy, I am afraid. In theory you could have set upo in a position above them, but the difference would be that you would have nearly a hundred enemies firing at you just afterwards, not a handful for you to mop up.

Xeth will target a vulture in the oncoming swarm and blast it apart.

Updated start-up... as yet I have no final orders on the ground.

Can a Saber Throw reach the incoming Droidekas? It would ignore the armor that they receive when rolled up, while attacking them from a distance before they become a threat.

Denzral should do it too; he has the advanced version of Saber Throw, and so would have his Schticks functioning during his attack. We should attack different targets.

I am trying to make the best uses of Vera-Kin when she only has ten points of health at her disposal.

If we can do that I'm all for it.

Denz (LS 9/ FP 5): 3/3/32 [Orthodox Guard/Riposte/Gunslinger] (one point of cover)

What do the "3/3" in the area above mean?

Ranged/Close Combat defence.

A Sabre throw has nothing like that range I am afraid.

Alright then, Vlad will target a vulture and let a volley of fire from his turret out.

What kind of range does it have? Vera-Kin is loathe to move in right away as it would result in her being uselessly shot to bits before she can do anything to influence the battle.

Really, much more than one turn of movement worth's range is highly unlikely.

I'll stay put

Are you firing?
