USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (RENEGADES)- Battlefield

Started by Jedireaper224 pages

As always I'd like go guns blazing from behind cover of the Western Trees, shooting at the nearest droids with my heavy blaster, whilst tapping Gunslinger. Then next turn I'd like to swap out Gunslinger and swap in Reflection, while I move out and batter the nearest Droids on the Western Trees area with my activated sabre, slicing through the heads of the nearest droids.

For those using guns- Vlad and Denzral- I want to remind you that cover is advisable since you're both in the treeline.

I said so.

Ah, missed that. My bad, Denz. Advice still stands for Vlad, though!

Ah, missed that.

I will tap Carnival of Carnage behind any cover I can find myself.

Well remembered, all!

As ever in these fights, you alwauys make the first move. Vlad finally makes that nailing shot he has been after for ages, with four straight kills!

Kiu and Jovan charge in. A poor roll from Jovan means he only scores one kill though. It happens!

Denz blasts down his target with ease, before switching to his sabre.

Enemy droids fire back! Vlad takes no damage from Battle droids, but he does from a STAP hit. Denz is in cover but takes a couple of droids hits, but a STAP misses him, blowing his tree to pieces. The bad guys roll averagely on the rest of you, distributing out damage.

If I tap Orthodox Guard will I lose all my defense on the following turns after this one?

Vlad nods in approval at his four kills, and then swaps Carnival of Carnage with Charge. He will then proceed to drawing his lightsaber and destroying the last droid.

Yep! Personally I'd hold off. Reflection you might consider for tapping, though.

I'll tap Reflection and reflect any shots that come close at one droid, and slash another in half.

Tapping Reflection can get you up to three droids in one go from reflecting shots, in addition to whatever you are doing at the time; for future advice, it's something handy to do when you start a situation faced with a bunch of mooks, like you are.

I'll do the same as last time, hopefully I can do something right this time

Vlad- if the droids win initiative, you could tap Charge to move first anyway, and destroy the droid before it fires. Do you want that contingency?

I'll just tap reflection and see what happens, and slash through a droid with my saber too... if I can do that.

I'll attack the nearest droid.

I think Vlad will pass up on that, I mean one droid can't do THAT much damage, and I'm going to need Charge so that I could move over to help clear the other droids and attack at the same time.

You can do that without Charge. It's if you were to attack then go for cover that Charge'd be useful.

Though you're right about one droid being less of a problem than what the others are dealing with.

Meanwhile, Xeth wants to examine the current situation in the Command Center of Selene. What do the other commanders think of the current situation? Are there any objections to how Xeth is handling things? Any worries?

Well, moving into cover will still be useful when I engage the other droids, who there will be a larger number of.

Looks like we're all ready to go?
