If I can't use information gathered from my previous run to plot a course around enemy lines instead of zig-zagging as I come to them (or if that doesn't benefit me really), then yes, Xeth will just go for it.

Yup! If Kiu cuts down your SBD and you kill your Destroyer, then Denzral will still be up.

It is unlikely that Kiu will fail to bring down the SBD, and there is always the chance that the Droideka could miss you.

It's missed the last two turns or so... then again I could waste an FP.

If you want to use Evade, go for it. Or even Strike or Combat Push to add 3 dice to your attack.

Kiu will attack The SBD firing at Denz.

Ok then! Kiu cuts down the droid, so it is down to whether Denz downs the Destroyer or not... and I am afraid not. He hits it for 7 but that's not enough, and this turn Denz is hit by a droideka bolt and goes down (an even that is going to have consequences, because this fight is only just starting!)

Fire should have been concentrated on one droideka at a time; Denz's best hope in that round was for both of you to atttack the same one.

No posts from Vlad or Sean, I think- but my warning I made about Vlad after Wentar posted still holds.

Xeth's up for his second run (there are no fixed lines so no info like that you could gather, Xeth), and Jovan has arrived on-scene to escort the droid over! Darn good job too; with fallen buildings and the like around, astromech droids are in trouble negotiating the terrain.

About two minutes after Jovan leaves,. Vera becomes acutely aware that the enemy artillery fire has now reached less than half a kilometre away.

Yaaay! I need to be a little more careful...

It your defense, I did spread us out pretty thin and didn't send someone with Cleave into your battle.

Xeth takes off, again trying to compensate for all the people on board in his piloting.

Vera-Kin grimaces as the ground shakes from artillery strikes that come closer and closer. In order to calm the people, she informs them that the other Jedi that was with her, Jovan, has gone to seek alternative transport so that they can all be saved sooner.

"We will have you all out of here, I promise," Vera-Kin says, knowing that she may possibly be lying if Jovan does not succeed and if Xeth does not fly fast enough.

Any suggestions better then this would be greatly appreciated.

I'd say go for the more damaged destroyer droid that Denzral attacked.

Droideka B, right? Make sure you specify. The reason you want one of the Droidekas down is because they have more dice to roll against you, more likely to hit.

So what do I do now. Am I out?

Sorry for my late post, was on vacation and wanted to update using my cell phone but had no wifi connection in my hotel.

I'll switch in Eye of The Storm, Carnival of Carnage and take out all the other schticks I had in.
