USH'S STAR WARS GAME- CAMPAIGN II EPISODE IV (DARK SIDE)- Destiny

Ok, owing to the learning curve, I am delaying the turn update again. I'll do it tomorrow!

Teething troubles, that's all...

I hope you won`t do it in future, I don`t want to roleplay with saves and game loadings.

Gallador won`t change his action.

Okay, Con, will, after quickly calculating two alternate scenarios (😛) choose to go with his first idea and shoot at the mooks in the center of the bar.

How much do you want to roleplay with half your team dead due to trying to get to grips with the system?

I didn`t know it is that lethal situation, I play in your games for 5 or 4 years and I never witnessed a player character death, which nevertheless should be a possibility.

Oh shut up, Melkor. 😛

Dak will Cleave mooks, Tap Balanced Guard this turn, then swap out Balanced Guard for Dodge and Weave.

Someone with guns please cover me, will ya?

Okay.

My swap will remain as posted, so I should have Orthodox Guard, Cleave, and Perfect Strike in right now.

So Rianna shall also Cleave mooks, tap Perfect Strike, and swap that out for Riposte.

And yeah, don't send someone with low Agility to do things that require Agility rolls...

I'd also appreciate cover from a gunnerperson as well. Kill mooks!

Fun for you, I am sure, bugger all fun for most the others to the point where the game would close.

So yeah, until people are used to it, I'll give fair wanrings.

That would be Relle if anyone. As my odds are horrid.

Nevertheless, you ARE one of the people with guns.

Unless Relle decides to move into a position where she isn't as worried about people shooting her up....

Can Gunners take cover? I know this isn't Matrix and we have lightsabers and all, but it's worth asking.

Other than the balconies, all the cover is being shot to pieces too quickly. Best bet is to go behind the bar itself, in the central area. But no, it;s not really a cover fight.

We just tried though. There's no point in me trying to shoot the people on the balcony.

You could maybe use giant leap though to reach one of the balconies and help there, while Xavier keeps attacking the Grey Alien.

Galder also sucks with Agility.

In fact, the only one who, other than Rianna and Dak, is very good with it is Relle.

Giant Leap is a force point spend though to reach it, he'd just jump over it and wouldn't need the agility.

[edit] It's "Great Leap" not "giant". My bad.

Do you reallly think that I would want to destroy game for other people? I didn`t say that you should go out of your way to kill characters, particularly new ones, just commented that your games are not usually that lethal that one bad decision kills you.

Yes they are- Ares getting eaten by the spiders in Matrix. Get caught unguarded against mass mookage and you can get taken out the combat in a very short amount of time; you were about to lose both Dak and Rianna that way and it's only the first fight!

Right! Time to get this business sorted out! I am moving on.

Ok! Tanic and Azarl both strike and take down two Mooks between them.

Gallador attacks, but ht doesn't get the Cleave kill, so does not tap Cleave. Your sabre passes through the target and neatly bisects a table behind him.

Dak and Rianna both strike, hacking down two with their Cleaves! One of Dacks targets plunges through the railing and falls dead to the ground.

Making up Rand's first turn, he advanced westwards and flings a piece of tavern debris at sniper guy. His seven dice force attack rolls three successes for seven damge. This turn, he calmly takes down two nearby foes with Cleave! Relle guns down another.

Con, calling his gun to his hand, taps Carnival of Carnage and blasts away at the Mooks! He kills three of them, leaving Galder to finish the last.

Which leaves Xavier! He will perform his initial action, swiping at the giant aien, who taps Close Quarters unman, and Xavier misses.

Ok, their move! A barrage of death opens up on Dak and Rianna as they both face nine firiers, eight of which are Mooks and one named.

Dak taps Balanced Guard, giving him a Defence and Armour of three, and more depending on the roll of the enemy. he takes a total of... no damage from the Mooks, and two from the named character. Feel free to describe your balletic defence of doom in any way you like!

Rianna simply taps Perfect Strike to get into a super defence mode,, which is accompanied by me rolling eight straight dice without a single success. Sneaky hits her, though, for five damage.

Two mooks fire at Azarl and a mook and Doorman deputy at Tanic, with some effect.

Giant alien fires his megablast again at you guys, able to back away from Xavier thanks to hios CQG tap, and gets everyone for five again! Could be worse, that, he's only getting glancing blasts. His toady fires at Xavier, for five damage

Relle's Eye of the Storm covers her from all hits, whilst another mook and Ugly Deputy firing at Rand this time have an effect.

Which leaves three Mooks and loudmouth firing at Galllador! But the force is with him because they all miss!

Warning! Bad guys have won initiative and will attack first next turn! Plan accordingly. Don't forget to make swaps!

Okay then, no problem!

I swap out Carnival of Carnage. Drop my Gun. Draw my sabre and attack the Giant Alien.

What does "get +3 attack" mean when you tap block?

Three extra attack dice.
