Less gumf here than I imagined! No finalised Medicine plan yet then?
Gallador- Co-Ordination is actually very useful. It means in any turn in which you are having to close into battle rather than attack, the odds of you being hit are significantly reduced, and all at no cost!
Btw, that barroom brawl was a wild and dirty battle with some rules applied loosely. Proper named characters are never so easy to surround and kill- by default, only one close combat attack can go on a named character per turn, though others can help add to the dice pool.
I don't think we need to worry about Tanic, azarel, and Rand being healed right now.
They are all under 10 points of damage.
I think Galder, Con, and Xavier should each get two people working on then cause they are or close to 20 damage apiece.
Then Dak, and Rianna need to get healed as well. Along with Gallador.
So I say it should look like this
Galder: Rand, Galder
Xavier: Azral, (Con) (Dak)
Con: Tanic, (Con) (Dak)
Dak: Rianna
Rianna: Xavier
Gallador: (Dak)
Con can either heal himself or Xavier which ever one he wants. Basically this is how I set it up. I gave the the most injured people the best healers. Which were Rand, and Azral. Everyone else is even in healing ability so I just worked them down the list. Stopping at only people that are in the double digits of damage.
Of course Gallador is exactly at ten points of damage and not a combat heavy person. So I think Dak could also choose not to heal Gallador and instead heal either Xavier or Con, whichever Con decides not to heal.

Just so everyone knows where their damage is... first number is what you took in the bar fight, second number is your limit.Galder: 37/70
Xavier: 36/70
Con: 33/60
Dak: 27/60
Rianna: 26/50
Gallador: 25/60
Rand: 22/40
Azarl: 21/60
Tanic: 17/60
Relle: 13/60And then we deduct 15 from our short rest...
Galder: 22/70
Xavier: 21/70
Con: 18/60
Dak: 12/60
Rianna: 11/50
Gallador: 10/60
Rand: 7/40
Azarl: 6/60
Tanic: 2/60
Relle: 0/60
I just wanted to edit this, it was posted that I have 60 health but I only have 50. So I just wanted to make sure that it was correct. =]
I actually think Rianna is in the most need of care, then Con, then Dak and Galder, and then Xavier. Yeah, Xavier and Galder took more damage, but they can also take 10 more anyway. If you look at health remaining, it's like this:
Rianna: 39
Con: 42
Galder/Dak: 48
Xavier: 49
It depends on how much damage each roll has the ability to remove.
Edit - and Rand, who really is weak, only has 33.

That's a good point, actually. Galder, Dak, and Xavier can still take as much damage as Rianna can while fully healed.
And Rand is pathetic 😛
Thanks 😛
And, since that is the case, I'd suggest something like this
Rianna: Rianna, Tanic
Con: Con, Rand
Galder: Galder (Azarl)
Dak: Dak (Azarl)
Xavier: Xavier
Whether it's Dak or Galder who gets healed isn't so obvious. I guess it's just up to who's man enough to go without it, and which of them admits they're weaker than the other...
Edit - if Rand heals himself, of course, then Azarl would heal Con, then there'd be no obvious difficulties.

Your ideas look good anyways.
Xavier will heal himself.
