Shut up, Obi-wan.

...oh shit, I can't beat that one. cry

Galder will sort of thank Con for his excellent medical work by giving him a vague nod.

Gavier and Galder are my bestest friends 😊

Xavier's body being just a bit more lethal again is helpful. He will thank Azral for his assistance.

Gallador whispers something to Tanic while being healed...

Ush, Staredown does not work on droids, so I cannot use Force in this fight? Possible to spend force on guidance to heal myself since Tanic botched it?

Afraid not, one attempt has already been made.

Ok, let's start to get this plan together. Here are your current statuses. Please confirm your loadouts etc. for the upcoming battle. Note some damage is different due to me correcting earlier 'put it on your pool by mistake' errors.

And so, let's see how this plan goes.

Step one is to actively move away from the campsite towards the General's army, yes?

I think so, yes. And I'd like to have Charge instead if "Gunslinger", please.

Yes, we are advancing on their army.

Galder is fine with his set up, for now.

Xaveir is fine with his loadout.

Rianna's loadout looks fine and yes, first we have to advance. I see no point in waiting for them to come to us.

Fine with my loadout, and yes, advancing on the droids.

Ok, so you will be advancing into a relatively narrow valley area not dissimilar to your earlier fight- many large jagged rocks all around, restircting mobility but offering cover.. You can get to the scene first, so what is the plan then?

I the thought the plan was the ones designated as droid killers would push through the first wave maybe, while the ones going for General push in through behind?

Well first, I think if it is at all possible for people to get up into a high spot, those designated to do so should. That was Rand, Azarl, and Relle, I believe.

The rest of us...perhaps turn this into an ambush? There's a lot of cover. Hide behind the rocks until they get close and then attack, maybe?

Define high? You cannot climb the valley walls, if that is what you mean. Too sheer and lethal.

Well, that kind of was what I had wanted, because all that was said about climbing the rocks was that it'd require dexterity rolls to not injure yourself while doing so...

But towards the edges of the valley and up as far over eye level as possible. Covered positions would be ideal.

The rocks, yes. Not the valley walls which are... not rocks.

If you take cover behind the rocks, you will, rather by definition. not be able to see anything.

Well they're made of rock!

Hmmm.

Well, if any of those big droids turn up, they're going to be shooting rockets at us. And I really hope at this point I don't have to mention that bunching together with that sort of thing is bad. So if we could maybe spread out a bit, those who plan on going for the General (Rianna, Galder, and Con) more towards the front of the group.

And maybe use the rocks for half-cover? Like, behind it enough for it to be used as cover, but still able to see what is coming.

The Grand Canyon is made of rock as well, but that does not make it 'a rock', nor easily climbable!

Yes, you can use the rocks so.
