The moment Jelena sees Andro with his lightsaber in hand, she very quickly has her own out, ready to ignite.

"Don't, Andro," Jelena says, advancing with Roan to confiscate Andro's lightsaber. "Don't listen to him! You risk damnation!"

If Andro goes through with his attempt to kill Sienar, Jelena ignites her lightsaber and rushes forwards. She brings her lightsaber down on Andro's lightsaber as he thrusts at Sienar's chest, forcing his weapon down.

If Andro does not, Jelena will hold out her hand and demand his lightsaber from him.

NO! The word bursts into Andro's mind and he shuts off the saber. White-faced and wide-eyed, pointing the unlit saber hilt at Seinar's heart Andro takes a deep, steadying breath."No." he repeats. "You will not do this to me. A great Jedi Master once tole me that 'the future is always in motion.' You have a great adn conplicated plan, no doubt, but there is always a chance for it to be foiled. I do follow the Jedi way, the way of the Light. It has worked for us all these millenia, who am i to throw it away now?" He lowers his arm. "I am ashamed, if that is a victory for you then you may have it. But my collegues and I WILL stop you. And we WILL save Gallagher. And in the end, you will show yourself to the people what you really are, and THEN I will destroy you."

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." says Sienar, in a great exhalation of breath. "Weak!. And that is why you fail. But I am a generous man, Andro. later, I will give you one more chance to kill me- before it is too late."

He returns around to his desk.

"My warning goes for you all. No mattter what you say or think, you cannot stop me unless you kill me. Consider it."

Sienar returns his hood and presses the button on the desk, causing the doors to swing open.

"But of course, noble Jedi, if you wish to see your comrade I will not stop you. Come, I shall take you to him."

Andro pushes his lightsaber hilt back down in it's holster, ignoring any demands to surrender it.
"Let's go see him, then. I would like a private word with Roan and Jelena first."

Whether that is granted or not:

Andro turns to face the other Jedi for the first time. He looks at them sternly.
"I will not surrender my weapon, so do not ask. It is not for you to judge me. He touched a place in my mind the he had already damaged. He poured salt in the wound if you will. But I have passed this test and am stronger for it. What I said after is true.I will not be tempted with another opportunity like it. Not to save Gallagher, either of you, myself or the galaxy. It is not the way, I can see that clearer then I ever have before. Roan, I know what you want to say, and do. I'll only say this once: Don't try it. Now is not the time if we are to defeat this schemer. It would be what he wants just as my killing him would have been. Don't worry, I will submit myself to the judgement of the Council as soon as we return to Coruscant."

Jelena sighs.

"Andro, Sienar knows we would not have let you kill him," Jelena says. "He was counting on it, I am sure of that. Resist his temptations, my friend. They will only go in his favor. Just please... stay in control. I already had to fight one companion due to things beyond our control, I don't want to do so again."

Jelena looks uncomfortably at Roan, then straightens her robes and fixes her lightsaber to her belt.

Ush... would it be possible for Jelena to confiscate the Abbot's lightsaber? She will at least look at it, to see what it looks like to recognition purposes later.

Confiscate on what grounds?

Hmm. I did not think of that. I suppose we don't have any, yet!

Indeedy.

"No, he was ready to die, because it would be the greatest victory for his kind yet. He is so sure his plan will succeed, that he feels he is no longer needed to ensure success. It would have been the greatest of victories for him. And you could not have stopped me. I barely stopped me. No all of this just makes him the most dangerous foe imaginable. He has power far beyond the need for a lightsaber."

I suspect Roan would have tried to stop you. And we'll need his input on the sabre situation.

Andro's saber or Sienar's saber?
I'm still trying to think if taking Sienars saber is a morally just thing to do. Its stealing, but he couldn't say anything without revealing himself. But its still wrong.
So I think we'll leave it, besides i think we are all better swordsmen than him anyway. The only advantage is to use it to expose him, and if we did that he would just deny it and it would backfire because they already don't like us on this world.
We do need to find out exactly was Sienar is up to, so we can stop it, even though he thinks we can't.

Andro's sabre; there's no question about Sienar's. He wouldn't let you take that anyway, so trying to is akin to deciding to kill him.

So are you letting Andro carry on as is or not? If you let hi m keep the sabre and he does snap then you'll get a huge xp penalty of course.

Oh well, we cannot let that hold us up, so I shall assume Andro holds onto it.

Sienar, hobbling somewhat, leads you out, back into his normal office, where he informs the receptionist to send a mesage to Gallagher saying that the Jedi are coming to see him.

And that is the message you just received, Gallagher!

I thought Sienar did not want Gallagher to see his Jedi friends?

(Heh, we kinds pushed the issue, I think.)

I thought Sienar did not want Gallagher to see his Jedi friends?

Ah Gallagher, you are mistaken... it is you who does not wish to see them... after all, why would the Abbot bar them from seeing you?

Gallagher blearily comes out of his retrospective haze, wiping his brow with his robes before responding to the summons.

"Please inform my companions that I am not prepared to see them," Gallagher says, sadly.

He feels that he isn't. In addition to what Sienar said, Gallagher does not want to be battling the Dark Side in front of his friends as he feels it would be disheartening to their investigation and only drive Andro to doing something rash.

I am going to talk to Andro after we finish up with Sienar...

"Ah," says Sienar, upon hearing that. He relays Gallagher's reply to Roan, Andro and Jelena.

(Well, hearing that Gallagher is already being strongly influenced by Seinar will hardly help his mood. And Roan, don't start with him, he already gave Roan and Jelena his position when Seinar went to summon Gallagher.)

Andro glares at the Abbot, just waiting for the smile to appear.
"I don't accept that. He is a Jedi, and the Council have sent us to bring him back. We weren't asking him to come talk. Tell him that, then if he still refuses, at least have him talk to us."
