The Force seems against the Jedi then! Of course, one of the problems with going up against Dark Siders is that the Force works for them as well...
You really do have to put the whole case together- list everything you know, from Spiridos onwards.

Korth is lost in meditation for a few moments.
"The Klinge-Faust home!" he says.
Gallagher is aghast as Korth pinpoints this. He is not sure if his mentor is correct, but knows that things will be revealed if they go there. It would be impossible to conceal his familial secrets from his mentor then, when Korth is already so close.
But he also knows that his other family members might be in danger.
"He's returning to the scene of the crime?" Gallagher says. "Is he that stupid?! Are you certain of this, Master Korth?"
Well, Sunda doesn't seem glum.
"So, we'll get this all sorted out today, yeah?" he says.
---
You whiz along on the speeder.
"My instincts know this to be ture," says Korth. "But... I do not understand our enemy. I sense great forces at work behind the man who has actually done the kidnapping,. We must see what answers the law enforcers ehre can egt from those at the compound. But perhaps if we can recover your sister safely she will know; she must have seen and heard much."
Andrew chuckles at the innocence of the comment despite himself. "Yeah, Kid. Sure. Let's review what we know, then we can go sort this out."
"This all started whn Gallagher and I went to Spiridos and uncovered not only aspidrol smuggling, but the mass murder of thousands of 'patients' of the Tranquil Repose. Which in an ironic name in retrospect, it would be a great metaphor for death. Anyway, that's where we met Seinar and his cronies Varm and Kathya. We originally thought Varm and Lathya were invilved and that Seinar was this blissfully ignorant tragic health case that they were using as cover. Ha! Let's not forget about my mysterious discovery of investor Deel Twain's body in Varm's dresser, shortly before Deel Twain walked up and interrupted a fight between myself and his murderer. At precisely the moment I accused Varm. THAT was a real uncomfortable moment. So, Deel disappears from the story until we get here. Back to Spiridos. We uncover the smuggling and the thousands of dead bodies in their cannisters, and the fight begins. I kill Varm and head to Seinars shuttlem arriving in time to see him with Gallagher and a nice red lightsaber, grinning as he brings the house down on my head."
"Now we're here, he admits he up to something, and is so confident he waves it in front of our faces and keeps trying to get me to kill him. Which I want to but know I can't. And won't. Yet. Somehow, this all seems to revolve around the famine crisis and political parade going on just as Seinar will be taking the Archmandrite office of a religion that worships the Force with more zeal than many Jedi."
"Yep, we should be done by lunch. Anyone else got anything?"
(Player Note: Ush, please don't think I'm not trying or taking this seriously. I am just really really bad with logic. In my whole life I have finished exactly one logic problem in the crosswords and puzzlebooks I like to get. I only get the crosswords done. The easy ones.... It's frustrating, because I'm really not an idiot at all. I'm enjoying the story and can't wait to see where it goes, but we're probably dealing with the weakest part of my mental abilities here.)
"As far as the famine crisis... I feel that the voucher system will be a pivotal point in Sienar's plan as it is one of the main focuses of the Committee's discussions. We need to talk with Deel Twain and Kathya and try any method we can to find out what they know without breaking legal standards. Much of Sienar's plan requires money, which he has gained from aspidrol smuggling, and Deel Twain has a great deal of money as well. There could be a connection there."
"Of course," says Korth. "Listen- if it comes to violence, I shal;l handle this mad man. You take care of yuor sister."
-
Money indeed- but how can that work? A discussion on this started earlier but seemed to be abandoned. Get back to it.
And Kathya has given you her statement. So unless you have some fresh evidence against her, you have no grounds for questioning.
This is true.
But the Deel Twain thing is quite a mystery. You did already get some good info on him, btw, so don't forget that.
The point is still to think about the money. Say Sienar has made tonnes of money trough his drug trafficking and the operations on Spiridos. Ok, but what does he have to do next? This is basic criminal theory here.
-
The tall skyscraper of the Klinbge-Faust family home once more, Gallagher, where it had started with that dead body long ago.
Signs of violence outside- someone has blasted their way in.
(Is Deel involved to make the money legitimate? Could he be the 'front'? It would certainly be strange for someone liek Seinar to be spreading around loads of cash, especially to Senators and Businewsspeople, but not Deel. Is Seinar just buying his power? But I can't think of a reasonable guess as to what he'd use the power for. Is he just taking over these impoverished planets? Not likely, seeing as he's so keen to get me to kill him. Whatever he's after is his way of making a mark on the Galaxy, since he's confident and comfortable with the fact that it will go off without him. I would guess it's not a plan for personal gain.)
It would indeed be very stange for Suienar to be seen to have masses of money- in fact, he appears to have virtually no personal resources at all.
You're not sure anyone could uy Deel- he's ridiculously rich. As for him being a front, well, you don't understand finance, but...
"How long do you think Sienar has had a hold over Twain then?" asks Sunda.
"Why did I not see this before?" Jelena says, feeling silly for not having made that realization sooner. "Of course! It would be ridiculous for Abbot Sienar, a supposedly pacifistic and selfless being, to have incredible wealth. He is engaging in money laundering with Twain to conceal that the money was made illegally and that the money is his."
When Sunda poses his question, Jelena thinks on this.
"That may be hard to determine. At least the whole of Sienar's operation at Spiridos, if not before then. Sienar is an intelligent man who plans ahead, he will have forseen that he would have need of someone to help launder his credits in the planning stages of his scheme."
