Gallagher takes the hint and starts to slowly move around to Rundell's side at a distance, ready at any moment to try snatching away Rundell's blaster and wondering if he could use the Force to pull his sister to him.

Gallagher will take advantage of this and, as he is sneaking around to the left side, distract Rundell with a strange noise to the right.

(Andro can't think of anything else at the moment. Also, I'll be out of town again for the week, so posting will be erratic.)

"Who do you think is going to save you, Rundell?" says Korth, urgently.

At this point your distraction gives out as you are halfway there, as Rundell spots you sneaking up on him...

The Synod maintains an emergency fund to be used with its humanitarian projects known as the Offatory fund, maintained by donations and general goodwill.

Due, of course, to his sterling work in that area, the greatest user of that Fund in recent times... is the Abbot Sienar.

Can Gallagher use the Force to pull the blaster safely out of Rundell's hand?

You could go and ask to have a look at them, Andro. That could come undeer part of your investigation into Varm (and his alleged gambling debts to the Hutts), as he was part of Sienar's personal entourage, which therefore makes Varm a link to that money.

What if Gallagher pulled her away from him? I'm sure if Kellan was away from him, then Korth could act more freely.

Pulling a person is difficult even for you, Gallagher. You don't have the Force power set up for it (though ironically you used to in the old system...)

What if Gallagher used his Jedi reflexes to run in and grab her physically from him using Dash? He may not be prepared for that.

Risky- it's a Combat roll to get her off of him.

Korth reaches out with his hand... and I need your immediate action.

With no time left to waste, Gallagher instinctively taps into the Force and uses his Jedi reflexes to rapidly rush at Rundell. Hoping that Korth is attempting to relieve Rundell of his blaster, Gallagher attempts to physically pull his sister away from the man...

(Combat roll it is!)

You atre correct! Korth does indeed pull ther blaster away; Rundell screams and goes to push Kellan, but you blur into him a moment before and...

Gallagher dives for Kellan and grabs hold of her just before the mad man shoves her over the edge of the building, tackling her onto the roof of the building, away from Rundell.

With Andro going to uncover what he can over Sienar's use of the Offatory Fund, Jelena considers what she can do to assist in their investigation...

(Since Deel Twain is not available due to diplomatic efforts with the Committee, I don't suppose the former Abbot that Roan spoke with is either?)
