You don't know where specific people are. You could head down to the Basilica and see what's up there. Anyone going to the Basilica will need to relinquish their sabre again, of course.
I was making a bit of a hint with my Mr. Diplomacy line, btw.

Going for Kellan was the right thing to do, Gallagher. You see her go over the edge, you twist away from Run dell and roll, and with all your instincts of the Force your hand shoots and and grabs her own.
Korth is there a split second later, with a blow to Rundell that knocks him out.
For a moment, Gallagher feels that he will not catch her hand... but when he realizes that he is clutching it tightly, he smiles at Kellan reassuringly. Not being the strongest of Padawans, favoring meditation and reading to physical fitness, Gallagher struggles for a moment as he pulls her up onto the roof, but manages to toss her down beside him, safely on the roof.
He lays there for a moment, then gets to his feet, dusting off his white robes.
"That went... better than expected," Gallagher says, looking down at the unconscious Rundell before remembering Kellan. He turns to her.
"Are you alright, Kellan?" he asks.
You or Roan. It's not Andro's sort of deal; if the churchy types give trouble then he might snap.
-
Gallagher- you remember that moment... relief? Elation? Surely you felt that. But then... why can you not remember those feelings?
You snap to, awake. The Senatorial meetings are in fullf low. The elction reuslts have been concluded; Sienar will be anncouned as the new Archimandrite shortly. You are alone in Sienar's rooms.
Gallagher stays still and blinks for a moment, trying to recall how he felt upon rescuing Kellan from the clutches of Rundell. But it slips away from him, consciousness washing away the images of the rescue atop the Klinge-Faust tower. He is puzzled at his inability to recall the elation and relief, and puzzled that he cannot rightly recall much interaction with his sister.
But one thing is for certain; Rundell did not kill Kellan at that point, if at all...
Gallagher rises and uses the Force to sense about for anything unusual. He checks the time and realizes that Sienar would have been voted into the office of Archimandrite already.
"Anyone else and the media would have dug up enough dirt to terraform Coruscant," Gallagher sighs to himself. "Not Sienar."
Sienar is currently being confirmed by the Abbot's Council, one of the periods of time in which he is unavailable to either be talked to on the bad side, or to plot against you on the good).
Persuade roll from Jelena... passed! They don't really want to hand it over on general principles, but they have no particular reason to stop you. They say it won't be much good to you though- the majority of donations are anonymous, made at churches throughout this quadrant of the Galaxy.
You have the computerised accounts; what to do with them?
(Couple ideas. First, look for names we know, like Twain, Kathya, Varm, Mirani; Kinda obvious and probably silly, but it's be stupid to overlook. Next, can we get a list of Senatora attending, and see if any are on there? After that, we could sort the donation by ammount, and see who Seinar's biggest fans are.)
Where are you going to look for Tavers? He's not in Sienar's rooms.

Ok, a number of things about the Offatory accounts
- Some of these donors must be ridiculously ric because the funds going into this thing, whilst there are countless smaller donations, also contain regular payments of many millions.
- The odd thing is, Andro, is that the Offatory fund seems to have beeb barely used...
... - until, this week, where a huge amount of it was transferred out into a private account
All the forms and other legal gumf for the accounts have been signed off by Kathya.
